Meet Dr. James J. Lee
Dr. James Lee has been in practice in Chicago and now in Orange County for more than 14 years. His scope of practice includes hearing disorders, ear problems, nasal fractures, sinusitis, as well as snoring, and sleep apnea. Dr. Lee also specializes in the treatment of throat and neck problems including hoarseness and tumors of the head and neck region.
Dr. Lee is currently a faculty member at the University of California, Irvine as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery.
Dr. Lee’s area of special interest is in the management and treatment of sleep disorders including snoring and sleep apnea. He utilizes the most current treatment with specialized equipment and procedures, including laser-assisted Somnoplasty and sleep apnea workups. Dr. Lee also offers comprehensive allergy treatment to his patients as well as individualized management of patients with hearing dysfunction.
Dr. Lee has a commitment to patient education and feels that a well-informed patient is a happy patient. He dedicates himself to constantly improving and expanding his own personal knowledge base by attending national and international conferences and symposiums to provide his patients with the most up-to-the-moment information with regard to their health. Dr. Lee believes that with proper information and proper knowledge, his patients are then able to make informed decisions with regard to their personal health care.
Dr. Lee’s hobbies include playing golf, both fresh and salt-water fishing and day hiking in the Los Angeles mountains and in the Cleveland National Forest trails.
